TempoBrain sucht einen Sachbearbeiter:in Auftragsbearbeitung in Vollzeit (100 %) für die Region Bern. Die Stelle ist fest angestellt und bietet attraktive Vergütung sowie langfristige Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten.

Hauptaufgaben

Telefonische und schriftliche Anfragen bearbeiten
Aufträge in das System erfassen (Abacus)
Lieferpapiere erstellen
Mündliche und schriftliche Kundenbetreuung
Diverse administrative Aufgaben

Anforderungsprofil

Bereitschaft, ca. jeden zweiten Samstag im Monat zu arbeiten
Teamorientiert und pflichtbewusst
Gute Deutschkenntnisse; Französisch von grossem Vorteil

Erforderliche Kenntnisse

Gute Kenntnisse von Word und Excel
