Über die Position

Als Sales Advisor bei H&M gestaltest du das Einkaufserlebnis unserer Kund*innen aktiv mit. Du repräsentierst die Marke und trägst zum Erfolg des Stores bei.

Hauptaufgaben

Kunden kompetent zu Mode- und Produktfragen beraten.
Verkaufsfläche und Lager bestücken und organisieren.
Im Team erstklassigen Service sicherstellen.

Anforderungsprofil

Deutschkenntnisse mindestens B1.
Erste Erfahrung im Einzelhandel oder einer serviceorientierten Tätigkeit.
Kommunikativ, kreativ, neugierig und teamorientiert.

Erforderliche Kenntnisse

Grundlegendes Mode- und Produktwissen.
Umgang mit Store‑Technologien.
