Sales Advisor - Perfume & Cosmetics (Diptyque, Zurich)

About the role

Diptyque is looking for a Sales Advisor in Zurich, reporting to the Store Manager and acting as an ambassador of the brand. The role combines customer experience, sales performance and in-store upkeep, with a start date of January 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Customer experience: act as a role model for service and loyalty, present the brand and products through a unique sales ceremony and Diptyque storytelling, and share product knowledge on design, materials and care.
• Sales performance: contribute to the boutique's results by developing sales and meeting targets, take part in daily, weekly and monthly reporting, maintain the client database and propose loyalty initiatives via the CRM tool, and relay information to retail management and head office.
• In-store image: uphold the brand image, contribute to visual merchandising, and help run the boutique smoothly (stock management, replenishment, stockroom organisation, deliveries).
• Stock control: manage stock according to procedures and prepare inventory processes.

Required profile

• First confirmed experience as a Sales Advisor in the perfume and cosmetics, beauty or luxury sector.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
• Curious and sensitive to art, able to talk about brand collaborations.
• Strong organisational and adaptability skills, and excellent interpersonal, empathy and listening skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook for clienteling, Excel for reporting).
• Comfortable using digital tools in-store.
