Sales Associate - Luxury Watch Boutique, Zurich

About the role

Breitling's boutique on Bahnhofstrasse in Zurich is looking for a Sales Associate to join its team of seven. The role goes beyond a traditional sales advisor position: you will create personalised client experiences, build long-term relationships and help grow the client community through clienteling, CRM and boutique events.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador and deliver a personalised client experience at every touchpoint
• Build, develop and retain a loyal client base through clienteling, follow-ups and relationship management
• Maintain accurate client information in the CRM system and use customer insights to personalise communication
• Contribute to client outreach initiatives such as invitations, follow-ups and targeted communications
• Help organise and run boutique events and client experiences
• Support the team in reaching sales targets and growing the business
• Maintain boutique standards, cleanliness, presentation and visual merchandising guidelines
• Keep back-of-house stock organised and support daily operations
• Develop product knowledge, take part in trainings and support health and safety requirements

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in watches or luxury retail; hospitality or fashion experience also considered
• Retail Specialist qualification (e.g. Detailhandelsfachmann EFZ) or equivalent
• Passion for client relationships, clienteling and long-term loyalty
• Interest in organising boutique events and client activations
• Strong communication skills and commercial mindset
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken; French is a strong asset
