Sales Assistant – Client Management & Trade Fair Support

About the role

The Sales Assistant will support the sales team in daily activities, manage client relationships and represent the company at trade fairs and industry events across Switzerland and abroad. This position plays a key part in delivering an excellent customer experience and helping the business meet its commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist sales and business development initiatives.
• Maintain and nurture the existing client portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve commercial goals.
• Represent the company at national and international trade fairs and industry events.
• Perform sales administration using SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
• Prepare commercial offers, process orders and related documentation.
• Generate sales performance reports and conduct analysis.

Required profile

• Proactive, flexible and initiative‑taking attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
• Additional language skills (Arabic, Russian, Chinese) are a plus.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector with unlicensed medicines.
• Willingness to travel for trade fairs in Switzerland and abroad.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Knowledge of SAP (considered a significant plus).
