Sales Associate – Luxury Jewellery Boutique

About the role

Join the new Buccellati boutique in Geneva as a Sales Associate, representing a historic Italian high‑jewellery Maison. You will be the brand ambassador, delivering memorable client experiences and contributing to the boutique’s successful launch and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets while providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.
• Assist clients with after‑sales needs, maintain product knowledge, and support visual merchandising and stock management.
• Handle sales transactions accurately, manage cash, and comply with company policies and safety regulations.
• Participate in boutique operations, including inventory, price changes, and maintaining store presentation.

Required profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably jewellery.
• Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the local clientele and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Confidence handling high‑value transactions and a keen attention to detail.
• Self‑starter with a team‑player attitude, able to work evenings, weekends and travel for events.
