About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Sales Advisor to join our boutique in Zurich, representing the contemporary fashion jewellery brand APM Monaco. You will welcome customers, showcase our collections and help achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome, advise and build trusted relationships with each customer to provide a unique shopping experience.
- Actively contribute to achieving the boutique's sales targets.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of APM products and convey the brand story.
- Provide personalised after‑sales follow‑up to build customer loyalty.
- Maintain boutique standards of cleanliness, organisation and stock replenishment.
- Support visual merchandising according to brand guidelines and assist with inventory management.
Required profile
- Passion for APM Monaco and sales.
- Strong customer service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Previous boutique experience in luxury or fashion retail is a plus.
- Organised, dynamic, eager to learn and adaptable.
