Sales Associate – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Sales Associate is the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience while meeting personal and store sales goals. You will work in a luxury‑retail environment that blends omni‑channel selling, team collaboration, and brand storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, following the Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social‑selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Complete daily operational tasks such as cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom, following retail policies, POS, and asset‑protection procedures.
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong proficiency in German and English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.

• Mobile POS operation
• iPad/laptop basic computer proficiency
• Social‑media savvy, including live‑stream shopping and short‑form video
• Clienteling and data acquisition tools
