Sales Associate – Coach (Eeek-End)

About the role

The Sales Associate is the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience and supporting daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social‑selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom, and process transactions efficiently.

Required profile

• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Required skills

• POS operation
• Basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
• Use of clienteling tools and social‑selling platforms
• Walkie‑talkie operation
