Sales – Commodities Software

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales professional to drive the adoption of our commodities software solutions among energy and commodities clients in Geneva. The role combines client relationship management, product training, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful implementations and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with energy and commodities clients.
• Deliver product training, onboarding sessions and ongoing user support.
• Manage client roll‑outs, drive account growth and ensure retention.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product and technical teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and support product launches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Interest or experience in commodities, trading, market data or financial markets.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Knowledge of derivatives, OTC/exchange markets or trading workflows is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Python and/or VBA scripting experience.
• Understanding of APIs, networking or IT infrastructure.
