Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Voice AI Platform

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast‑scaling Voice AI platform based in Switzerland. In this high‑impact position you will be the first point of contact for new prospects, driving pipeline growth through both inbound and outbound outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities via outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow‑up.
• Conduct discovery conversations with technical and business stakeholders to uncover needs.
• Design and execute targeted outreach campaigns using email, phone, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Identify key decision‑makers, map organizational structures and collaborate with Account Executives on account strategies.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking outreach, pipeline and engagement activity.
• Provide feedback from customer interactions to refine messaging and go‑to‑market tactics.

Required profile

• 1‑3+ years of experience in SDR, BDR or similar outbound sales roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline or quota targets.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
• High drive, competitiveness, ownership mindset and resilience in a fast‑growth startup environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when managing pipeline and CRM data.
