Sales Manager – French‑speaking Switzerland (Romandie)

About the role

Flossbach von Storch, one of Europe’s leading independent asset managers, is expanding its presence in the French‑speaking part of Switzerland. We are seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Manager to drive business development, manage client relationships and strengthen our market position across Romandie.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively acquire new institutional and wealth clients, including pension funds, foundations, insurance companies, external asset managers, banks and family offices.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for existing French‑speaking institutional and high‑net‑worth clients.
• Enhance Flossbach von Storch’s brand and market visibility throughout Romandie.
• Plan and execute marketing and sales events such as client conferences, roadshows and investment presentations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Investment, Marketing and Client Service teams to deliver an outstanding client experience.

Required profile

• Completed banking apprenticeship or university degree; professional qualifications such as CFA, CEFA/CIIA are a plus.
• Several years of successful sales experience in the institutional or wealth sector in Switzerland, with a strong network in French‑speaking Switzerland.
• Deep understanding of capital markets and active investment strategies; fixed‑income knowledge is advantageous.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication, strong initiative and proven closing ability.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
