Sales Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead proactive market development for two luxury mountain hotels, focusing on three key international leisure markets. The role combines client acquisition, relationship management, and close collaboration with revenue, reservations and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Transform reactive sales into proactive initiatives and acquire new leisure clients across designated markets.
• Represent the properties on international sales trips (8‑10 weeks per year), conduct site inspections and host familiarisation trips.
• Work closely with Revenue, Reservations and Marketing to ensure seamless coordination of business development activities.

Required profile

• Proven track record in luxury hospitality sales with a strong closing mindset.
• Fluent in at least two languages, including German or English, and able to negotiate confidently.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Experience with modern CRM systems.
• Familiarity with property management (PMS) software.
