About the role
Planted is looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth in the Swiss Romandie region. The position is primarily remote, with frequent visits to gastronomic partners and strategic customers across the area.
Key responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with key gastronomic partners and strategic accounts.
- Lead customer meetings, product tastings, negotiations and sales visits while representing the Planted brand.
- Identify, acquire and develop new business opportunities and expand existing partnerships.
- Manage customer consultations, complaints, merchandising activities and daily follow‑ups.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and monitor market developments in the region.
Required profile
- Degree or professional training in gastronomy, hospitality, business administration or a related field.
- 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in food service, gastronomy or FMCG.
- Fluent French (native level) and strong English communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly across Romandie.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Experience using CRM systems.
