Sales Representative – Geneva

About the role

As a Sales Representative for PMI you will be the face of the business in the Geneva territory. You will work primarily in the field, building strong relationships with distributors, key accounts and independent retailers to expand product presence and drive commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and grow relationships with independent retailers and key accounts, ensuring strong product visibility and execution excellence.
• Spend time on the road meeting retailers, understanding their needs and equipping them with the knowledge and tools to sell PMI products.
• Implement and monitor trade programmes and commercial initiatives tailored to the General Trade channel.
• Deliver product demonstrations, sales presentations and structured training sessions for partners and their teams.
• Negotiate and sign sales contracts with retailers on behalf of PMI, ensuring alignment with market guidelines.
• Own and deliver yearly sales KPIs by developing focused action plans and territory‑level initiatives.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges related to distribution, visibility and sales execution.
• Leverage data and market insights to identify growth opportunities and continuously enhance retailer performance.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Area Heads, Commercial Operations and Category Teams.
