Sales Representative – Northwestern Switzerland

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Representative to own the Northwestern Switzerland territory, building strong relationships with pharmacies and self‑dispensing physicians while driving growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand relationships with SD‑Physicians, pharmacists and HCP group members, and develop partnerships with networks and associations.
• Implement commercial and marketing strategies, monitor performance, and take corrective actions to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Plan and execute territory activities, ensure compliance with CRM reporting, and represent Zentiva at national congresses.
• Launch new products, develop cross‑promotional activities, and support training for customers.

Required profile

• Business‑fluent German (C1/C2) with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven success in Swiss healthcare field sales, including territory or account management.
• Experience working with pharmacies and/or physicians, with a track record of acquiring new accounts and growing existing ones.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset, able to prioritize opportunities and manage territory performance.
