Sales Representative – Central Switzerland & Ticino

About the role

Join Zentiva as a Sales Representative covering Central Switzerland and Ticino. You will build strong partnerships with pharmacies and self‑dispensing physicians, expand the customer base and drive sustainable commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand relationships with SD‑Physicians, pharmacists and HCP group members.
• Develop and implement partnership strategies with groups, networks and associations in line with commercial policy.
• Achieve defined sales and profit targets while coordinating with internal teams.
• Represent Zentiva at national congresses and launch new products.
• Create and execute a territory plan, ensuring proper visit frequency and compliance with guidelines.

Required profile

• Business‑fluent German (C1/C2) with confidence engaging physicians, pharmacy owners and stakeholders.
• Proven success in Swiss pharmaceutical field sales (generics, healthcare or related).
• Experience acquiring, retaining and growing customer accounts.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
