SAP AI Community Lead (30% part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP AI Community Lead to drive the creation and growth of an AI‑focused community within a large SAP environment. Working part‑time (approximately 30%), you will act as the bridge between business units, IT, and the change & training organization to ensure AI capabilities are adopted and leveraged effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Build, moderate, and continuously develop an AI community around SAP Joule and related AI services.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize use cases for process automation across SAP and connected systems.
• Design and deliver training, coaching, and enablement programs for key users, power users, and end‑users.
• Support complex, multi‑system projects (logistics, finance, HR) by defining AI/automation use cases.
• Create best‑practice guides, training materials, and communication assets for SAP & AI.
• Collaborate closely with IT architecture, process owners, and project managers to integrate AI services into existing ERP processes.
• Monitor community feedback, run Q&A sessions, brown‑bag talks, and other knowledge‑sharing activities.

Required profile

• Solid experience with SAP Joule or comparable SAP AI functionalities (generative AI, copilot/assistant).
• Proven track record automating business processes in SAP/ERP (workflow automation, RPA, macros, scripting, low‑code/no‑code).
• Minimum 4 years of coaching or training experience on SAP or other ERP platforms (S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, SAP TM, SAP EWM, Oracle, MS Dynamics).
• At least 2 years in complex projects involving multiple integrated systems or middleware.
• Experience in large corporations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong affinity for AI, digital transformation, and change management.
