SAP Sales Cloud V2 Consultant

About the role

Join a boutique SAP CX shop that delivers end‑to‑end Sales Cloud V2 and Service Cloud V2 projects for mid‑market companies across Switzerland and Europe. You will own full‑cycle implementations, working directly with customers from kickoff through go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Sales Cloud V2 implementations, gathering requirements, configuring the solution and integrating with S/4HANA or other data sources.
• Develop and maintain integrations using CPI/Integration Suite, write Groovy scripts or small BTP services when needed.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operation.
• Conduct workshops, demos and training sessions for customers.
• Collaborate with the team on both technical and functional aspects of projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience with SAP CX, preferably Sales or Service Cloud V2 (or strong V1/C4C background).
• Understanding of the surrounding SAP landscape: BTP, Integration Suite, IAS/IPS and S/4HANA connectivity.
• Comfortable communicating with customers in English and German; French or Italian is a plus.
• Ability to explain technical decisions in non‑technical terms.
