Scheduling & Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Scheduling & Supply Chain Specialist to join our international pharmaceutical team. In this 12‑month hybrid position you will coordinate patient treatment schedules and manage the flow of innovative cell‑therapy products from manufacturing to delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate treatment schedules between manufacturing sites, logistics partners and patients.
• Monitor transportation, manufacturing and delivery activities from start to finish.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational scheduling and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams, couriers and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with operational procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, customer service or pharmaceutical operations.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
