About the role
As an SCM Engineering Specialist you will act as the key link between Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain Management, Category Management and Suppliers, ensuring supply‑chain considerations are integrated into product development.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate SCM work packages within R&D and product development projects and act as the interface between project teams and SCM stakeholders.
- Own SCM project documentation, provide cost, lead‑time and risk inputs, and ensure SCM readiness for product releases.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- Several years of experience in SCM, strategic sourcing, procurement engineering or project management supporting R&D or industrialisation projects.
Required skills
- Strong understanding of supplier management, sourcing strategies and cost optimisation.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into effective sourcing solutions.
