Seasonal Retail Associate

About the role

Canada Goose is hiring a part-time Seasonal Retail Associate in Zurich to support its store in delivering engaging customer journeys and reinforcing its position as a luxury performance lifestyle brand. The associate embodies the brand's warmth, works closely with the team and collaborates with the store to uphold its values and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales and key performance targets.
• Attend store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.
• Contribute to a positive store environment through teamwork and collaboration.
• Help drive KPIs such as conversion, average dollar per transaction, average unit retail and units per transaction by introducing new, underperforming and strategic products.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize the stockroom, process inbound and outbound shipments and keep the sales floor replenished.
• Advise customers on product recommendations using expert product knowledge.
• Use POS systems and operational tools accurately and in line with company standards.
• Seek feedback to improve performance and grow professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused, high-touch environment.
• Prior experience with luxury or premium brands in high-volume locations.
• Open availability Friday through Sunday and all holidays, with flexibility for evening retail hours.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with good time management and organization.
• Good understanding of store operations, including shipment processing.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and adaptability; multilingual skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• POS system use and shipment processing.
