About the role

We are looking for experienced medical secretaries to join our replacement pool serving the canton of Vaud. You will work on short‑term assignments across medical offices, clinics and hospitals, providing essential administrative support to healthcare teams.

Key responsibilities

Welcome patients in person and by phone
Manage appointment scheduling and medical calendars
Create and maintain patient files
Type and handle medical documents
Coordinate with healthcare professionals
Perform administrative tasks required for service operations

Required profile

Formal training or proven experience in medical secretarial work
Strong familiarity with the medical environment
Organised, rigorous and able to set priorities
Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability
Availability for short‑term replacement missions
