About the role

We are partnering with a global trading company to hire an IAM Engineer for their Geneva team. This hands‑on role offers autonomy within a small, technology‑focused group, allowing you to shape a modern identity and access management strategy.

Key responsibilities

Define, implement and maintain IAM systems.
Integrate external applications with in‑house platforms.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure IAM best practices.
Utilise scripting to automate IAM workflows.

Required profile

3+ years of experience as an IAM Engineer.
Deep knowledge of IAM standards and protocols.
Strong understanding of cloud security in AWS or Azure environments.
