Security, Health & Safety Intern

About the role

As a Security, Health & Safety Intern you will support the EMEA Asset Protection team in creating safer working environments across countries, business units and operations. You will help map and monitor differences, contribute to audit preparation, process follow‑up and certification activities.

Key responsibilities

• Review the completeness and consistency of security and H&S checklists for Retail, Distribution Centre and Office Services units, identifying missing information or discrepancies.
• Provide administrative support for audit planning, monitoring timelines, collecting documentation and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
• Assist with uploading, organizing and maintaining historical audit checklists in the relevant tools.
• Support data analysis and data quality activities by consolidating and validating incident‑related information.
• Prepare and update presentations, reports and project documentation for leadership teams.
• Assist in the assessment and preparation of TAPA certification processes.
• Map and monitor ongoing processes and projects, track actions and support follow‑up activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Security Management, Health & Safety or a related field.
• Strong interest in security, risk management, health & safety, compliance or audit‑related activities.
• Graduating after 1 Nov 2026 or holding student status on 1 Feb 2027.
• EU or EEA citizenship.
