Head of Cybersecurity

About the role

KIDAN is looking for a senior leader to own and continuously improve its overall cybersecurity posture. The role combines strategic governance, hands‑on technical leadership, and direct engagement with enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute KIDAN’s cybersecurity strategy, policies, standards and roadmap, ensuring alignment with technology and operations.
• Lead technical investigations, incident response and complex cyber‑security problem solving while working closely with engineers, SOC analysts and specialists.
• Own and evolve KIDAN’s cybersecurity service offering, including SOC, detection & response, threat intelligence, vulnerability management and cyber resilience.
• Ensure delivery of cybersecurity projects and services meets high quality standards, establishing KPIs, controls and continuous improvement processes.
• Act as the senior escalation point for key enterprise customers, guiding strategy, architecture, compliance and risk discussions.

Required profile

• Strong senior experience in cybersecurity, security operations or a CISO‑level role.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk, compliance and security operations.
• Proven experience managing or leading a SOC / cyber‑defense function.
• Ability to work directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a strong advantage.
