Senior Account Executive – Enterprise SaaS Sales (Western Europe)

About the role

This senior position is based in Switzerland and focuses on driving enterprise SaaS sales across Western Europe. You will lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation, helping organisations transform their customer experience with AI‑powered solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and acquire new enterprise customers across Western Europe, with a primary focus on the French market.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to build a robust pipeline and meet revenue targets.
• Own the complete sales process – prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation and closing.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives using a consultative, value‑driven approach.
• Create business cases and ROI models to support digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs and complex procurement processes.
• Collaborate with business development, pre‑sales, marketing, product, finance, leadership and partner teams.
• Deliver product demonstrations, customer presentations and represent the company at industry events.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline data in the CRM.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Senior or Enterprise Account Executive selling SaaS solutions to large organisations.
• Experience in customer experience, contact‑center technologies, conversational AI or related enterprise software is highly desirable.
• Strong hunting mindset with success acquiring new enterprise customers.
• Ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles involving C‑level decision‑makers.
• Excellent consultative selling, negotiation and communication skills.
• Self‑discipline to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
