Senior Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead creator and agency relationships within a fast‑scaling digital ecosystem in Switzerland. The role blends account management, creator operations, and cross‑functional coordination to drive performance, efficiency, and transparency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and refine account management processes to boost communication, tracking, and operational efficiency.
• Collect and analyse feedback from creators and agencies, turning trends into actionable improvements.
• Maintain high standards for creator performance, including content quality, engagement, and promotional consistency.
• Support creator‑driven promotion strategies across multiple social platforms and monitor weekly performance metrics.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives related to creator tools, analytics, and operational systems.
• Unify creator analytics across internal dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualisation systems.
• Oversee payout processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and timely execution.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to enhance creator‑facing tools and workflows.

Required profile

• Strong analytical, operational, and interpersonal abilities in a fast‑paced, digital‑first environment.
• Financial literacy and experience with financial operations tools.
• Proven ability to manage complex workflows and multiple stakeholders.

• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards)
