Senior Analyst - Transcend OTC (Supply Chain Planning)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Senior Analyst for its Transcend OTC programme in Zug, Switzerland. The role covers global PLAN business process validation and release adoption across the Transcend EMEA-OTC releases, working with the Transcend project team and local business partners to ensure successful release cut-over. It combines design input and process delivery with operational ownership through the release lifecycle and acts as the single point of contact for PLAN stakeholders.

Transcend is a multi-year global business transformation initiative that modernizes end-to-end supply chain digital capabilities by harmonizing seven major global PHARM ERP systems, standardizing core business processes and products (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Quality, Data) and enabling a single SAP S/4 HANA instance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive PLAN process scoping and testing strategy, especially for EMEA OTC processes through Transcend Release 4
• Support solution exploration and design workshops, aligning peers and stakeholders and securing business engagement
• Drive quality decisions by reviewing process gaps and design trade-offs, and escalating cross-functional risks and dependencies
• Ensure operational readiness and compliance through status governance, user access management and oversight of SOPs and work instructions
• Support testing and quality assurance with hands-on coordination of BST, UAT and regression tests, confirming business acceptance criteria and escalating critical issues
• Orchestrate testing resources, including Key Users, surge capacity and ERP test coverage
• Review major defects, process gaps and country-specific exceptions, and facilitate resolution or escalate design decisions
• Support hypercare, post-go-live adoption, stabilization and value realization, and monitor adoption performance

Required profile

• Experience in supply chain planning and process validation
• Ability to coordinate testing, manage defects and drive adoption of new processes
