Senior Associate Customs & Trade Consulting

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Customs & Trade Consulting team in Zürich. You will advise clients on indirect tax matters such as VAT, GST and sales tax, helping them navigate complex regulations and optimise their tax positions. The role combines technical tax expertise with client relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance on indirect tax planning, compliance and strategy for a portfolio of clients.
• Support clients in managing VAT, GST, sales tax and other indirect tax obligations.
• Develop and maintain meaningful client relationships, anticipating their needs and delivering high‑quality service.
• Collaborate with team members to solve ambiguous tax challenges and generate innovative solutions.
• Uphold PwC’s professional standards, code of conduct and independence requirements.
