Senior Associate, Deposit Product - Re-platforming Project

About the role

The deposit products function plans, designs, launches and manages the lifecycle of deposit products in the International Private Bank, working with sales, front office, technology, operations, legal, risk, compliance and marketing. We are looking for a highly motivated Associate to support the re-platforming of the core accounting platform. The role requires strong project management, hands-on JIRA work, requirements gathering, backlog management and end-to-end testing, coordinating delivery across teams and stakeholders in Geneva and elsewhere.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of the accounting re-platforming initiative, from planning through execution and go-live readiness, managing plans, timelines and resources
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between technology, product and business teams, and identify and escalate risks and issues
• Translate business requirements into JIRA stories and acceptance criteria, run requirements workshops and maintain a well-groomed backlog
• Define and run functional, integration and user acceptance tests, cover defects and track remediation
• Run or support new product due diligence and change assessments, coordinating inputs, documentation and sign-offs with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Product
• Act as day-to-day point of contact for stakeholders, provide status reporting and steer senior stakeholders

Required profile

• Proven project management track record on complex, cross-functional initiatives, including planning, resourcing, RAID management and executive reporting
• Experience delivering technology change, platform re-platforming or transformation projects with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with agile delivery and product owner ways of working
• Working understanding of deposit products and accounting processes, or ability to ramp up quickly with SMEs
