About the role
As a Senior Brand Manager for Beauty Care, you will lead the development and execution of brand strategies to drive growth and market share for our portfolio of beauty products. You will champion the brand’s vision, ensuring a consistent identity and impactful consumer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Drive innovation in product development, marketing approaches, and consumer engagement.
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that build brand equity and identity across the beauty care portfolio.
- Lead creation and execution of innovative campaign strategies, including digital, traditional, and experiential initiatives.
- Oversee content creation for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for brand growth, market expansion, and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with R&D, design, and external agencies on product packaging and formulation development.
- Apply strategic thinking to market analysis, consumer insights, and competitive landscape.
- Exhibit visionary thinking to anticipate future trends and shape the brand’s trajectory.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and cross‑functional teams to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
Required profile
- Minimum 3+ years of progressive brand management experience, preferably in beauty care or CPG.
- Proven track record of building strong brand equity and managing successful brand identity initiatives.
- Experience developing and executing effective campaign strategies and leading content creation.
- Strong ability to drive innovation and identify growth opportunities.
- Exceptional strategic and visionary thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
