Senior Client Associate – Private Banker Support

About the role

Citi is looking for a Senior Client Associate in Geneva to support its Private Banker team. The role provides complete service support to clients, handles documentation such as account opening and closing, and helps deepen client relationships and grow the client base. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Provide complete service support to clients, including solving complex client inquiries
• Support the Banker day to day on documentation such as account opening and closing and loan disbursals
• Organise pre-call planning, write post-meeting notes and maintain client call records and reports
• Help the Banker profile, qualify and convert prospects into Citi Private Bank clients
• Deepen existing client relationships through in-depth analysis
• Help create sales and marketing strategies focused on investments to generate revenue growth and acquire new clients
• Conduct prospect research, generate leads, network for referrals and coordinate client events
• Provide accurate, timely revenue tracking, deal pipeline reports and other information to the Banker
• Ensure KYC/AML documentation is complete and up to date
• Assess risk appropriately and uphold compliance with laws, rules and regulations, escalating control issues

Required profile

• 5-8 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to manage internal and external relationships and to prioritise
• Strong communication, diplomacy and analytical skills, with leadership and coaching responsibilities

Required skills

• Knowledge of investments is required
• Banking and credit product knowledge is desirable
