Senior Communications Manager – Customer Success

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Communications Manager to lead the communication strategy for a fast‑growing Customer Success organization in Switzerland. Reporting to senior leadership, you will translate vision into compelling narratives that drive alignment, engagement, and revenue impact across global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute executive communications, including leadership updates, talking points, and presentations.
• Support the Chief of Staff in shaping high‑impact narratives that convey priorities and progress.
• Own internal Customer Success communications such as All‑Hands meetings, newsletters, Slack updates, and announcements.
• Lead employee‑engagement and culture initiatives to strengthen team connectivity.
• Design communication strategies for events, conferences, off‑sites, and leadership appearances.
• Produce organizational updates, internal briefings, and company‑wide communications highlighting performance and key wins.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Enablement, and Revenue teams to ensure consistent customer‑facing messaging.
• Drive internal storytelling that elevates the visibility of Customer Success as a revenue engine.

Required profile

• 6‑7+ years of experience in corporate, internal, or executive communications.
• Strong background supporting Sales, Customer Success, or other GTM/revenue‑focused teams.
• Proven ability to craft executive‑level messaging and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with talent for simplifying complex ideas.
• Deep understanding of revenue‑generating organization cadence, priorities, and stakeholder dynamics.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple communication streams simultaneously.
