Senior Consultant – Asset & Wealth Management Consulting

About the role

Alpha Financial Markets Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Swiss team and work on high‑impact projects for leading asset managers, private banks and investor service providers. You will help clients shape strategy, integrate acquisitions and transform operating models across the asset and wealth management sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements covering strategy, M&A integration and operating model reviews.
• Design and implement organisational evolution, digital transformation and change‑management programmes.
• Conduct operational benchmarking and support clients in digital and process optimisation.
• Collaborate with senior client leadership and internal experts to deliver measurable results.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of consulting or project experience within a leading financial institution or consultancy.
• Experience with blue‑chip financial services, preferably asset or wealth managers.
• Hands‑on work on target operating models, business processes or IT solutions (distribution, CRM, portfolio & risk management, middle‑ and back‑office).
• Strong communication, presentation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Stakeholder‑management and influencing skills, with experience mentoring junior team members.
• Academic background from a top‑ranking business or engineering school.
• Fluency in French and English and eligibility to work in Switzerland.
