Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager – Dynamics ERP Finance

About the role

KPMG is looking for a Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager to strengthen its Microsoft Dynamics ERP advisory capabilities, focusing on finance. You will help clients improve finance operations, reporting, compliance and decision‑making using Dynamics 365 Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on finance processes such as record‑to‑report, procure‑to‑pay, demand‑to‑cash, fixed assets and project accounting.
• Design finance solution concepts, target operating models, process improvements and practical transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues and the international KPMG network to share finance, ERP and Microsoft Dynamics insights.
• Support bids, demos, knowledge sharing and coach junior colleagues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business informatics or a related field.
• Three to five years of hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management implementation projects, especially with a finance focus.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, controls and reporting, and ability to translate business needs into ERP requirements.
• Proficient in English and German; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (MB‑310 certification preferred).
• Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
• Power Platform, Copilot or integration experience (advantageous).
