About the role
Join Deloitte's M&A Life Sciences and Healthcare team as a Senior Consultant, working on live engagements and contributing to transactions from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Provide buy‑side and sell‑side advisory services to financial institution clients in Switzerland, including cross‑border projects.
- Develop financial models such as valuation and merger models, prepare information memoranda and management presentations, and manage day‑to‑day client communication.
- Support deal execution through project management, financial analysis, preparation of transaction documents and client presentations.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of experience in execution and origination of M&A transactions from investment banking, consultancy, private equity, or a Big 4 firm.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, fluent English, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, challenging environment.
Required skills
- Financial modeling (valuation, merger models)
- Preparation of information memoranda and management presentations
