(Senior) Consultant - People Consulting, Change Management

About the role

EY's People Consulting service line covers workforce topics such as talent management, HR systems, people analytics, learning, culture change and human-centred change management. It is looking for a Consultant to join its People Consulting team in the Geneva, Basel or Zurich office, working alongside experienced colleagues to help clients evolve their ways of working in the context of technology-enabled transformation, workplace or culture evolution.

Key responsibilities

• Help design and deliver organizational change, learning, communication, culture and workforce transformation initiatives for leading organizations.
• Work on business and technology transformations, including ERP, digital, AI-enabled and operating model transformation programs.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of relevant consulting or industry experience in change management.
• Ability to work in large, international and interdisciplinary teams.
• Curiosity, growth mindset and client orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven track record in setting up and rolling out initiatives and programs covering human-centred change.
• Proficiency in English is a must, as well as German or French.
