Group Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role

The Group Talent Acquisition Intern supports the Group TA Project Manager so that the talent acquisition community understands the group's tools, systems and methodologies and reaches hiring success. The intern optimizes recruiting activities so that Regions and Maisons can meet their growth needs. The role reports to the Group Talent Acquisition Director and works with the Group Talent team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate initiatives and projects that drive the talent acquisition transformation forward
• Collect talent acquisition needs within the global TA community and support its collaborative way of working
• Support the creation of TA trainings and guidelines for the TA community
• Support analytics and reporting on data accuracy, including diversity hiring and university engagement, and help analyse data to track results
• Work with Employer Branding and the University team on projects, creating materials and updating toolkits for all HR staff

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Data Analytics, Business Administration or a similar field
• People-focused approach, perseverance and a curious mindset
• Excellent written and spoken English; another language is a plus
• Ability to plan, coordinate and react quickly to change, prioritise and manage your own workload
• High attention to detail
• Internship agreement with your school or university is mandatory
• Available to start a 6-month internship in September 2026 or later
