Senior Consultant – Treasury Transformation Advisory

About the role

KPMG is seeking a Senior Consultant to support Treasury Transformation projects, focusing on cash management, payments, liquidity forecasting and FX processes. You will work closely with senior team members and clients to design, test and implement solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare analyses, models and presentation materials for Treasury Transformation projects.
• Map and improve cash management, payments, liquidity forecasting and FX processes.
• Design and document In‑House Bank and Payment Factory concepts.
• Support TMS activities (Kyriba, SAP, FIS) including requirements gathering, testing, data preparation and training material creation.
• Build business cases and simple ROI calculations with clear assumptions.
• Coordinate meetings and follow‑ups with clients, banks and internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering or similar.
• 2–4 years of experience in finance, treasury, banking or consulting (including internships).
• Strong analytical skills, confident with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Curiosity for Treasury Transformation, cash management, payments and FX.
• Fluent in English; German or French is a plus.
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland and willingness to travel occasionally.
