Senior Consultant – Valuation and Modelling

About the role

Join a specialised Valuation and Modelling team to support finance and corporate leaders in making strategic investment decisions, analysing enterprise performance, and quantifying the impact of M&A and value‑creation initiatives across a range of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead valuation and financial‑modeling projects for businesses, assets, and intangible assets such as brands and IP.
• Develop detailed Excel models using best‑practice techniques to support transactions, financing decisions, and strategic planning.
• Conduct market research, sector analysis, and prepare financial and economic analyses using internal databases and public sources.
• Present findings and recommendations to Boards, C‑suite executives, and other stakeholders through clear reports and presentations.
• Support litigation, dispute resolution, purchase price allocations, and restructuring engagements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of post‑university experience in valuation, corporate finance, M&A, FP&A, private equity or a comparable consulting environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, collaborative team player who can quickly learn and apply new concepts.
• Holder of the CFA charter or actively pursuing the qualification.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modelling.
