Senior Corporate Accounting and Tax Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Corporate Accounting and Tax Specialist to join a lean corporate finance team at the headquarters of a publicly listed manufacturing group. The role supports the Head of Group Accounting & Reporting in preparing and reviewing consolidated financial statements and assists with half‑year and year‑end reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Coordinate group‑wide international tax compliance and reporting requirements.
• Support the implementation of transfer‑pricing methodologies for subsidiaries.
• Participate in internal financial audits up to twice a year.
• Provide tax audit support to local finance teams, working with external tax advisors.
• Contribute to ad‑hoc projects and tasks as directed by the Head of Group Accounting & Reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, consolidation, auditing, corporate finance or tax.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
• Professional proficiency in English and German.
• Ability to work hands‑on in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Team‑player attitude with a willingness to support colleagues.
