About the role
The Senior Customer Success Architect will help customers succeed with Cilium Enterprise, driving value realization across the EMEA region. This remote position works closely with customers, engineering, and product teams to ensure reliable production workloads.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with assigned accounts to design, implement and guide production roll‑outs of Cilium Enterprise.
- Build deep technical relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and conduct workshops on product capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering and support to unblock issues and create reference architectures, training material and documentation.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience with advanced Kubernetes architecture and related components.
- 3+ years leading customer adoption of Kubernetes and cloud‑native technologies at scale.
- Proven experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure or GCP).
- Strong networking knowledge, especially Kubernetes networking.
