Senior CV Engineer

About the role

This senior position focuses on developing and scaling generative computer vision models for photorealistic and stylized visual content. You will work in a globally distributed team, influencing model architecture, optimization, and roadmap decisions while bridging research and production.

Key responsibilities

• Train, fine‑tune, and enhance diffusion‑based generative models (text‑to‑image, image‑to‑image, video‑to‑image, adapter‑based architectures).
• Develop image classification, ranking, and captioning systems that understand complex visual contexts.
• Monitor emerging research and open‑source advances, translating them into actionable development roadmaps.
• Design and own model evaluation frameworks and quality validation processes.
• Optimize inference through diffusion acceleration, quantization, and framework‑level performance improvements.
• Collaborate with ML teams to integrate advanced vision capabilities into broader AI systems.
• Contribute to multimodal AI projects that combine visual and language understanding.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with diffusion models, including training, fine‑tuning, and architectural customization.
• Strong expertise in modern ML frameworks, especially Diffusers and Transformers.
• Hands‑on experience with IP‑Adapters or similar conditioning techniques.
• Solid backend engineering skills, preferably with Python and scalable deployment environments.
• Proven ability to drive research initiatives independently and deliver production‑ready solutions.
• Excellent analytical and collaborative abilities.
