Senior Desktop Support Engineer (L2/L3)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Desk Side Support Engineer to deliver high‑quality L2/L3 End User Computing and Workplace Support for our Swiss and global operations. The role involves both onsite and remote assistance for a large user base, including VIP and executive users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft 365 suite, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint and related enterprise technologies.
• Deploy and manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM.
• Maintain Active Directory, Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy and endpoint security.
• Troubleshoot VPN, Wi‑Fi, DNS/DHCP, printers, docking stations and remote‑access issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools.

Required profile

• 7–9 years of desktop/EUC support experience in an enterprise environment (1,000+ users).
• Proven experience supporting VIP/executive users and working in multinational, multilingual settings.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
• ITIL Foundation, MD‑102, Microsoft 365 or Azure certifications are desirable.
