Senior Director Analyst – Innovation & Emerging Technologies

About the role

This senior thought‑leadership position is based in Switzerland and focuses on shaping global perspectives on innovation across emerging technologies. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, helping them understand how digital assets, tokenisation, blockchain and next‑generation enterprise architectures are reshaping industries.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth research and analysis on digital assets, tokenisation, blockchain and emerging enterprise architectures.
• Develop authoritative insights and thought‑leadership content for senior executives.
• Track global technology and market trends and translate them into actionable guidance.
• Engage directly with senior leaders through advisory sessions, briefings, conferences and client interactions.
• Produce high‑impact research publications, presentations and frameworks that influence decision‑making.
• Contribute to research agenda setting by identifying emerging themes and disruptive opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client engagement and market‑facing insights.
• Represent the organisation at major industry events and forums.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology, fintech, digital assets, consulting or advisory roles within complex global environments.
• Proven expertise advising large enterprises or government clients on technology strategy and transformation.
• Strong ability to analyse complex technical and market data and produce clear executive‑level insights.
• Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to senior leadership.
