Senior Director, Medical Affairs – Hemato‑Oncology (Europe)

About the role

BeOne is seeking a Senior Director of Medical Affairs for Hemato‑Oncology across Europe. The incumbent will act as the internal expert for hematological malignancies, supporting products from development through launch and lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide scientific leadership and strategic input for regional and global brand and disease‑area strategies.
• Lead medical affairs activities including safe product use, data generation, publication planning, and dissemination.
• Manage relationships with key opinion leaders, investigators, and healthcare providers.
• Coordinate regional HCP interactions such as advisory boards, investigator meetings, and medical education events.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure accurate medical content for pre‑launch and launch activities.
• Contribute to gap analyses and identification of strategic opportunities within the indication area.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in medical affairs or clinical development within oncology, preferably hematology.
• Proven ability to work in a matrix organization and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build credible scientific relationships with national and regional opinion leaders.
