Senior Director, Supply Chain - RAMET Manufacturing (Rotkreuz)

About the role

Kimberly-Clark is hiring a Senior Director for its Supply Chain function within RAMET Manufacturing in Switzerland (Rotkreuz), reporting to Stamatis Kontzias. The role leads the segment's internal and external manufacturing operations, delivering safe, reliable, cost-competitive and high-quality production across the plant footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing across internal manufacturing (IM) and external contract manufacturing (ECM) sites
• Own manufacturing performance: conversion cost, asset utilization (OEE), yield, reliability and productivity
• Manage in-segment ECM production to deliver consistent output, quality and capacity against demand
• Deploy manufacturing standards and operational excellence playbooks, driving plant-level continuous improvement and Lean / Six Sigma
• Execute production schedules to meet service and supply commitments
• Own the manufacturing cost base and operating budget, delivering conversion-cost and productivity targets
• Build manufacturing capability, talent and a high-performance culture across the plant network

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations or a related field
• Extensive manufacturing and operations leadership across integrated internal and external manufacturing in a global CPG / FMCG environment
• Proven track record of improving plant performance on cost, quality, safety, reliability and productivity
• Ability to lead large, distributed plant organizations and develop manufacturing talent
• Matrix leadership across segment teams and ABUs

Success is measured by segment manufacturing KPIs, schedule adherence, productivity and cost savings versus targets, and quality and audit outcomes.
