Senior ERP Project Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

The Senior ERP Project Manager partners across the Global Process Excellence Team, IT and business teams to drive consistent, repeatable program standards that execute the Services digitization strategy and support overall business transformation. This is an individual contributor role based in Baden.

Key responsibilities

• Project management: complete implementation processes and tollgate deliverables such as requirements gathering, process flow documentation, testing, data validation, training and other project activities in PMx, and build and maintain the project plan to track status.
• Drive prioritization and release scoping, and partner with services stakeholders and functional leaders to identify control requirements and build controls.
• Influence program leaders and process owners on critical path decisions, simplification and standardization of digitization initiatives, and work with IT and finance leaders on deliverables.
• Take part in ERP implementation, sunset, integration and OneERP projects, and support Hoshin, sustainable cost productivity and SQDC initiatives.
• Lean: improve the project management strategy and methodology, and use AI, automation and LEAN tools to drive productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge/experience in supply chain, engineering or business administration (a Master's degree in these fields is preferred).
• Significant experience in cross-functional roles supporting project management, IT, commercial, supply chain and fulfillment organizations.
• Fluent English; applicants based in Hungary must be legally eligible to work there.
