Senior Finance Analyst, Currency Management

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join the Currency Management Center of Excellence (COE) within the MedTech Principal Operations group. The analyst will forecast, consolidate and analyse transactional currency impacts on the profit & loss of Hospital MedTech (HMT) businesses, and support hedging activities to protect against foreign‑exchange fluctuations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate transactional currency impact figures for budgeting, forecasting and actual reporting across HMT supply‑chain operations.
• Analyse variances between actual currency impacts and budgeted figures and present findings to senior leadership.
• Collaborate closely with exposure managers, MT‑PO teams, SigniFX, FP&A, Group Finance and other Currency Management COEs.
• Support hedging execution and inventory accounting related to foreign‑exchange exposure.
• Consolidate currency impact data from all sourcing companies within J&J Hospital MedTech.

Required profile

• Strong finance background with experience in foreign‑currency management, hedging or related accounting principles.
• Proven analytical abilities and experience delivering financial insights to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with finance, supply‑chain and treasury teams.
• Senior‑level experience in FP&A or comparable finance roles.
